We offer a complete turn key system which includes:

- Mold press
- Robot (to remove and place lenses)
- Plastic resin processing equipment (dryer, loader and mixer)
- Turn key system testing in our facility
- Placement into customer’s facility
- Training on operation and maintenance of system
- Provide each turn key system a network hook up with real time production information, accessible within a computer network environment.
Design: 1 to 3 weeks
Build: 6 to 12 weeks (depending on complexity & need)
Testing of mold or turn key system: 1 to 4 weeks
Implementation: 2 to 6 weeks
